Free registration link and details here.

The Black Gallery will continue our artistic celebration of hip hop’s fiftieth anniversary with stunning new works on display by artists Jean-Michel Basquiat, Justin Ebanda, Frank Morrison, Kehinde Wiley and Henry Taylor. Hip Hop Lives The Remix: An Ode To The Culture will run through October 2023.

This second showing of The Black Gallery collection is meant to inspire art collecting for all. Hip Hop has created a global shift in culture and has inspired 50 years of creativity, and community building. Just like Black Lives, Black Music and History - Black Art Matters. We want to make sure fine art is accessible for everyone who loves and supports Black Culture. Our history in this genre and the ability to create a sustainable fabric that reaches generations is something like a phenomenon.

We are proud to showcase rare special editions, artist prints and mixed media pieces from this second showing of our private collection. In addition to sharing select works of The Black Gallery collection on public display for the first time, we will also have an array of affordable artworks for purchase including zines, limited edition posters, tote bags and more.

Showings at The Black Gallery are by appointment only - please visit our website to schedule your visit.
