In December 2024, Don’t Shoot Portland and ACLU of Oregon requested public records from ODOJ to shed light on OTFC’s (Oregon TITAN Fusion Center) practices - especially its surveillance of the Black Lives Matter movement - and to understand what safeguards exist to protect our civil liberties from unlawful government surveillance.
Instead of releasing the records to the public, the Attorney General did not respond to our petition. Our lawsuit was filed today. Learn more below.
