Thank you to everyone who has supported our first ever book drive by donating during Banned Book Week in October! We’ve added numerous new titles to distribute to youth during Reclaim MLK 2024.

If you are seeking social justice centered literature for all ages, please check out our ‘Required Reading’ book list here, a constantly updated resource curated by our team! Feel free to continue to support our book drive for Reclaim MLK March through January 10th, 2024 by contacting us to schedule a donated book drop-off.

DSPDX will be partnering with Working Films to host a free screening series,Beyond Walls, showcasing five short documentaries and a community conversation with local change makers and leaders. The screening will take place on Monday, November 27th from 7:00PM to 9PM at Clinton Street Theater.

The films chosen for Beyond Walls, a Working Films led program, examine prison abolition from a wide range of perspectives with the hope of inspiring people to imagine and take action toward a world invested in community and not punitive practices. Learn more here.

Your donations matter, no matter the amount.

We could not continue our public service and community advocacy without our strong network of donors and supporters! Thank you for your solidarity and commitment to changing the world for good.
